Thanks for your interest! The 2020 GiveCampus Partners Conference is limited only to current members of the GiveCampus community. If your school isn't currently a member of our community but you'd like to attend #GCPC2020, please sign up for a demo to learn more about our products and how you can attend this event.
Your GiveCampus subscription includes free attendance for one staff member for each GiveCampus product to which your institution subscribes. For example, if you subscribe to the Social Fundraising Platform, Giving Forms, and the Volunteer Management System, you may send 3 staff members free of additional charges. Note that the GC Connect product add-on does not qualify for additional covered registration(s).
Registration is facilitated on a first come, first serve basis. We expect to reach full capacity, so we encourage you to register today to reserve your spot!
If your institution has additional staff members who would like to attend that are not covered by your GiveCampus subscriptions, please register and select 'Waitlist Registration' for your ticket type. As space allows, additional staff members may attend for a $250 registration fee.
Waitlist registrants will be confirmed by Monday, January 13th via email. If your waitlist registration is confirmed, your institution will be invoiced for a $250 registration fee. This invoice must be paid via ACH transfer or check within 30 days of receipt. No fee will be charged if your waitlist registration is not confirmed.
We respectfully request that you do not register until you are certain you can attend. If you have registered for the conference but can no longer attend, please contact as soon as possible to cancel your registration.
Fee for cancellations received before January 17th: $100
Fee for cancellations received after January 17th: $250
Fee for no-shows: $250
Given the popularity of the event and the limited space available, we respectfully request that you only register if you will be able to attend all conference programming on February 18th, 19th, and 20th. Registrants will check in at the start of each day of the conference; any registrant who does not check in for programming on February 18th, 19th, and 20th will be considered a no-show and a $250 fee will incur.

What should I bring?
All the usual stuff. We'd also love you to bring any #Fridgeworthy print collateral your team has created (so we can show off your great work!) and a spare pennant from your current institution if you have one handy (we love decorating our HQ with your school pride swag!).
WHAT TO EXPECT
What is the dress code?
Business casual attire is recommended. Jeans are A-OK!
Will there be a mother's room?
Will there be a place to store my luggage?
Luggage storage will be available at the front desk of the Georgetown University Hotel.
Will food be served?
Yes. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be served on Tuesday and Wednesday; breakfast will be served on Thursday. Coffee, tea, and water will be provided each day.
